Yet a very promising rising talent in the NYC house scene, Jonathan Snyder has set himself on journey, and a musical quest to introduce to the world his unique style of house music. As an artist in his profession, his goal is not just simply to entertain its medium, but rather to take them on a hypnotic trip. A trip through sound, and vision of the perfect state of mind. A house music state of mind.
It all started with a vision… Jonathan started his journey as a local House DJ spinning at such venues as Passion, Eclipse, and other Local Long Island Clubs. To pursue his talent Jon had to look somewhere, that was no other than New York City. Still at age 17, Jon was the youngest house DJ entertaining it’s club goers through out Long Island area. With a large support of his friends Jon became more aware of his talent and decided to pursue his carrier as a full time DJ. Inspired by such artist as Jonathan Peters, Erick Morillo and Denny Tenaglia. Jon started analyzing their music and started developing his own way to express himself musically by adding his unique elements and twist to his sets.
Jonathan’s motive is not to compete whose the best DJ around, but to take his followers on a spiritual journey through music to show others a part of his world. A world of deep base and strings that create a powerful message in a form of a musical trip. Gaining recognition from many well-known promoters and artists though out NYC and the Metro area Jon is becoming known for his style and his passion. Jon is becoming more involved with the nightlife phenomenon that revolves around NYC. Working hard to achieve his goals, Jonathan is the youngest DJ to musical orchestra apart such renowned venues as Avalon, Spirit, and Roxy. The hardest tasks are still ahead of him as trying to step up to the plate in the House Music capital of the world, New York City. But the struggles only makes this DJ more vicious and more passionate to grasp his spot as one of the most influential and fast rising House DJ’s NYC has to offer. For now NYC stands in his path, after that it’s the world.
